Booking conditions

When you book an appointment, you are committed to complying with the conditions we have set for it. Please use your correct contact information and name. Check that this information is correct so that we can contact you if necessary. Please follow general etiquette, e.g. you leave all your outer clothes in the reserved places, note. shoes too! If you have to take the child with you during the treatment, instruct him how to behave in the daycare without disturbing others and clean up your child's tracks so that the employees' time is not spent on extra cleaning.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, about 10-5 minutes is enough.

At the back of the facility, there is a customer toilet where you can freely visit when you arrive at the treatment room. You can also in the washrooms wash your eyelashes i.e. if you haven't washed your eyelashes before coming to the treatment, do it at this stage.

Cancellation terms

THE CANCELLATION PERIOD IS 48 HOURS before the start of the appointment!

Cancellations that take place before 48 hours are free of charge! Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the price of the treatment!

Unused time is not a time cancellation! For unused time, we charge 100% from the treatment price.

In case of illness, notify immediately by text message that you are ill and cannot make it to the scheduled time! In these cases, we charge at our discretion if the cancellation is repeated or no new appointment is booked. If you cancel by phone or text message, please provide the following information in the first message: Full name, time and to whom! This way we can immediately and more easily cancel the appointment from the system.

Cancellations must be made either with the one sent with the booking confirmation with the cancellation link, by phone or by text message to the number 045-6950610.

We do not accept cancellations through social media channels because they can easily get lost among other messages!

WARRANTY

All our work has a 3-day (3-day) warranty, during which any complaints should be reported. If you notice a lot of shedding of your eyelashes in the first days of the eyelash care, contact us IMMEDIATELY so that the problem can be fixed as soon as possible!

As warranty service, we carefully repair cases where a mistake is possible on our part. Otherwise, the price of express service is €50.

In warranty matters, always contact by phone or via social media channels. Be prepared that it may take a while to respond and that we will ask for additional information, e.g. pictures.
