Klarna Checkout

Payment for purchases takes place via the Klarna Checkout payment system. With this service, you can easily, flexibly and securely make purchases from the online store.

PayPal

All communication between the customer and PayPal is encrypted. PayPal applies Luxembourg legislation in terms of data protection and bank secrecy. PayPal therefore offers wider data transfer possibilities compared to the services of the European Union. By using PayPal, you as a user agree to this privacy policy. Third parties that receive your information can be found from here. In compliance with the FATCA law, the service is obliged to provide usage information to the authorities who ask for it under the guise of tax fraud and other illegal threats and actions.

Bank transfer, sepa payment

Advance payment to the online store's bank account. You will receive payment information when ordering. Enter the order number in the message field and send the payment receipt to laurasbeautyboutiquefinland@gmail.com

The receipt for the order and payment can be downloaded from the order tracking pages or after logging in from the My Account page.

Delivery methods

The laurasbeautyboutique.fi online store uses the services of Posti Oy and Matkahuolto or a protected e-mail address for educational purchases to deliver shipments.
You can choose the delivery method at checkout. We deliver shipments to Finland and EU countries.

Tariff

The valid price is indicated in our online store. The prices are indicated in euros. laurasbeautyboutique.fi online store reserves the right to price changes. Prices include VAT 24 %.

Delivery time

The order confirmation, reservation confirmation and cancellation conditions are sent by e-mail during the same day, but no later than two business days later.

In product purchases:
We aim to deliver the orders to the post office on the day of the order, but no later than two business days after the order.
 

Complaints and defective product

If the wrong product is delivered to the buyer or the product is damaged, the customer must inform the seller of this as soon as possible. The product can be returned after the complaint in accordance with the given instructions. The new product will be mailed to the customer as soon as possible.
 

Right of exchange and return (right of cancellation)

All products/services have a full 14-day return/cancellation right. The deadline for the right of return ends 14 days after the ordered product has been received or the date of the training. Training already purchased can be transferred to another date free of charge. In order to comply with the deadline for the right of cancellation, it is enough for the customer to send a notification about the use of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. The cancellation must be made without delay.

If you have chosen an invoice or other payment method and if the product/service is returned/cancelled late or if this payment method incurs other costs (e.g. interest on late payment), laurasbeautyboutique.fi will not be responsible for these costs, but will only return the purchase price of the product to the customer.

laurasbeautyboutique.fi is also not responsible for the costs of any other payments resulting from partial payments.

In order to exercise the right of return/cancellation, the customer must definitely notify us of the decision to cancel the order/training by email laurasbeautyboutiquefinland@gmail.com

If the order is returned in full, the possible postage will also be refunded. If the customer has ordered products so that the shipping costs have been free for him, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

You have the right to cancel the training 14 days before the start of the training, free of charge.
Cancellation less than 14 days, we charge 100% of the price of the training.
No-show, charge 100% price. Failure to pay the invoice is not cancellation of the training place.

In cases of illness, we can move the training to another time. We will not refund the money if the illness is sudden, but we will postpone the date.
 

Effects of the right of withdrawal

In case of order cancellations and returns, the laurasbeautyboutique.fi online store will return all payments received from the customer no later than 30 days after receiving the return. The refund is made to the customer using the payment method the customer used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the seller and the customer. The customer does not incur any costs separate from the refund.

The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, in its original condition. The product to be returned must have all product markings and labels in place. The product to be returned must not have been substantially changed. All parts, equipment and possible accessories must be included with the return. If the product has been used or handled carelessly, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value of the product up to its full value.
 

Uncollected order

Note! Uncollected shipment is not the same as product return.

If the customer does not pick up the products he ordered from the post office, he will be charged a €20.00 delivery and handling fee after the shipment is returned to laurasbeautyboutique. The amount of the fee corresponds to the actual costs of return, delivery and handling.
 

Returns/Cancellations

All returns/cancellations must be agreed with the seller in advance and an appropriate notice of cancellation must be made. Returns must be made using the e-mail laurasbeautyboutiquefinland@gmail.com in accordance with the instructions provided by the laurasbeautyboutique.fi online store.

Return instructions:

The return can be made at the nearest post office. Inform the Posti clerk that you want to make a return to the laurasbeautyboutique.fi online store. Mark the package as follows:
